Welcome to Todai. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Todai mobile application ("App") provided by Motto Digital Studios ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using Todai, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Todai is an AI-powered life planning assistant that helps you set goals, create plans, track habits, manage finances, and receive personalized AI coaching across multiple life areas. The App uses artificial intelligence to analyze your inputs and provide recommendations.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- You may sign in using Email/Password, Google Sign-In, or Apple Sign-In.
- One person may not maintain more than one account.
4. User Content & Data
- You retain ownership of all content you create within the App (goals, plans, tasks, chat messages, financial data).
- By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing the service (including AI analysis and cloud sync).
- You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you provide.
- We do not claim ownership of your personal data or content.
5. AI Coaching Disclaimer
Important: Todai's AI assistant provides general life planning suggestions and is not a substitute for professional advice. Specifically:
- Not Financial Advice: AI financial recommendations are for informational purposes only. Consult a licensed financial advisor for investment, tax, or debt decisions.
- Not Medical Advice: Health and wellness suggestions are general in nature. Consult a healthcare professional for medical decisions.
- Not Mental Health Counseling: The AI assistant is not a therapist or counselor. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, contact a professional or emergency services.
- Not Legal Advice: Any career or legal-related suggestions should be verified with qualified professionals.
We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated recommendations.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or other users' accounts.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the App.
- Upload malicious content or attempt to disrupt the service.
- Use the AI assistant to generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content.
- Share your account credentials with third parties.
- Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others.
7. Subscriptions & Payments
7.1 Free Tier
Todai offers a free tier with the following limitations:
- 3 AI assistant messages per day
- 1 active goal
- 1 note
- 1 day of history access
- Daily agenda view only
7.2 Todai Pro (Premium Subscription)
Todai Pro is an auto-renewable subscription that unlocks the full experience, including:
- Unlimited AI assistant messages
- Unlimited goals, notes, and history
- Weekly and monthly agenda views
- Insights and analytics dashboard
- Financial tracking and reports
- Voice input for AI chat
- Streaming AI responses
- Full Todai Profile analysis
7.3 Free Trial
Todai Pro may offer a free trial period (e.g., 3-day or 7-day). The exact trial duration is displayed on the subscription offer screen before purchase.
- At the end of the free trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the standard rate unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the free trial period ends.
- You will not be charged during the free trial period.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a Todai Pro subscription.
7.4 Billing & Renewal
Todai Pro is available as a weekly, monthly, and annual auto-renewable subscription. The exact pricing and duration are displayed on the subscription offer screen before purchase.
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account (or Google Play account on Android) at the confirmation of purchase.
- Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan.
- Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Settings after purchase.

- For Android: Play Store > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions, or visit https://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions
7.5 Cancellation
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time:
- Apple: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, or visit https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions
- Android: Play Store > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to Pro features until the end of your paid period.
- Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel through your device's subscription settings.
7.6 Refunds
- Refunds are handled according to Apple's or Google's refund policies.
- We do not process refunds directly — all refund requests must go through the respective app store.
7.7 Price Changes
- Prices may change with reasonable notice. Any price increase will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following the notice.
- We will notify you of any price changes in advance. Continued use of the subscription after the price change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new price.
7.8 Subscription Terms Summary
Todai Pro is an auto-renewable subscription.
- Plans: Monthly, and annual subscriptions available.
- Free trial (if offered): Displayed on subscription screen; converts to paid subscription automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited upon purchase.
- Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account (or Google Play account) at confirmation of purchase.
- Renewal: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan.
- Cancellation: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to Pro features until the end of your paid period.
- Manage / Cancel (Apple): Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
- Manage / Cancel (Android): Play Store > Payments & subscriptions
- Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
8. Intellectual Property
- The App, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by Motto Digital Studios and protected by intellectual property laws.
- The Todai name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of Motto Digital Studios.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our written permission.
9. Service Availability
- We strive to keep the App available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
- We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability.
- AI features depend on third-party services (OpenAI) and may be temporarily unavailable.
- We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.
10. Account Termination
- You may delete your account at any time from Profile > Settings.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
- Upon termination, your data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.
- We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
- We are not responsible for decisions you make based on AI recommendations.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Motto Digital Studios and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
14. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through an in-app notification or by updating the "Effective Date" above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
